What payment methods are accepted?

At this time, we only accept Interac E-Transfer. All customers must have access to an online banking account, and be able to send an E-Transfer. The payment instructions will be sent once you finish ordering and a receipt will also be provided. If you don’t receive the payment instructions, please contact our team by live chat at any time so that we can provide them.

After I send my E-Transfer payment, what happens?

If we receive your order and payment by our 1PM PST cutoff time, your order will ship that business day. Orders and payments received after 1PM PST will ship the next business day. (Business days refer to Monday-Friday). We ship express (1-3 business days).

Is there a tax on products?

In our prices, taxes are already included.

What is the expected delivery time for my order?

Please note that BulkWeed.io offers free express post shipping on all orders. The service usually arrives within 2-3 business days to most parts of Canada, according to Canada Post. Rural areas or small towns may require up to four business days to deliver, but this is usually the case for provinces such as New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

Can I request a signature required for my package?

During checkout, please note "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" if you would like a signature.

Why do I still not have a tracking number?

If you sent your payment and your order went to processing and still don’t have a tracking number by 8 PM PST by the following business day, please contact us through online chat and one of our customer service representatives will take a look. You haven't received your payment and your order has not yet been processed if your order is still on hold.

Is my order late? Why hasn't it arrived yet?

In general, the tracking number (provided in your confirmation email) will show a delivery date when you can expect your package. However, if there's no update past this date, please contact our Customer Service Department through LiveChat with your order number as the subject and one of our representatives will be glad to help you. We'll then contact Canada Post on your behalf and open a service ticket for your package. However, my package has not yet arrived despite the tracking showing "Successfully delivered"?

If your package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address, your neighbours may have seen it or simply looked around their premises. Postal workers sometimes drop packages at neighbours’ homes or in the wrong mailbox. The community mailbox may also have been scanned as "successfully delivered" but your package will arrive the following business day. Please allow a few extra days to check.

Ordering Questions

What should I do to set up an account?
  1. Click the My Account icon in top right of site – click “Create an account”
  2. Fill out the form.
  3. Click Register.
  4. At this point you may place orders. Please note that you must be 18+ to place an order
What is the process for ordering products?
  1. Check out our products by clicking on their titles on the "Shop" page.
  2. Choose "ADD TO CART" and quantity after selecting a product.
  3. Click the “CART” or “VIEW CART” when you are done and review your order.
  4. Remove items by clicking the “X” button. Add/reduce quantities by clicking the “+” and “-“ buttons beside a product. Click “UPDATE CART”.
  5. When you are ready, click "CHECKOUT".
  6. Review your billing details, shipping details and order details.
  7. Please read and accept our terms & conditions before placing your order.
  8. When you are finished, click "PLACE ORDER"; if your purchase fails, you will need to set up an ACCOUNT.
  9. Check your email for a confirmation letter and next steps to issue an E-Transfer.
  10. Upon receiving your E-Transfer, make sure that it has been processed. We will then process and ship your order.
Can you tell me more about the safety and security of my order?

To protect your purchase and privacy, we will handle your order with care and seal it properly. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post, which ensures a discreet and secure delivery.

Is it possible to order products outside of Canada?

Currently, we only ship within Canada.

I sent my payment via E-Transfer. What happens next?

It may take 1-4 business days to process an order. Once the E-Transfer has been received, the order will be marked as processed.

Is my order on hold for some reason?

When you place an order, it automatically enters our system to be on hold for 48 hours. Once your payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped out the next business day, excluding weekends. Orders that change into processing during the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday. In the event that we do not receive your payment within 48 hours, we will delete the on-hold order.

What should I do if I want to change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change your order feel free to message us on live chat anytime and we will assist you in any changes. If you want to cancel your order before payment, you can just leave the order without payment and it will cancel within 48 hours.

Payments and Fees

What is the process for sending an E-Transfer payment?
  1. Go to your online banking and visit the E-Transfer section.
  2. Add our email and exact total price with taxes as seen on your invoice (and email with this info and our email address will be sent to you following your order).
  3. Submit the transfer.
  4. We will provide you with the answer for the security question you must fill in when sending your payment, for security. Please read the instructions at the bottom of the page after you check out.
  5. We offer guidelines on how to send an E-Transfer with your invoice. You will receive your shipment after the E-Transfer has been processed.
What are your shipping fees?

We offer free shipping on orders over $195, and $15 shipping on all other orders.

What is the reason for not accepting my payment?

Your order will be processed and shipped out the same business day if you send your payment before 1pm PST (Vancouver time) Monday through Friday. Payments sent after our cut-off time of 1pm PST will be accepted the same day during the evening, and your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.
